Job Purpose:

The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our services through various media channels. Along with, working closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our services to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To become familiarized with company’s mission, vision, and goals
  • To interact and support practitioners, who are new to the company and help them better understand how to interact with the platform
  • To thoroughly understand our services to inform potential customers
  • To liaise between clients and practitioners, especially in the event of conflicts
  • To work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
  • To supervise brand representatives regarding social media content creation and execution, to drive brand awareness and attract new customers
  • To educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our services
  • To build rapport with customers and vendors
  • To network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • To monitor customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department
  • To submit monthly sales/marketing reports
  • To represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
  • To maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
  • To assist in organizing marketing events
  • To provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests and/or feedbacks
  • To track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
  • To use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
  • To track and report on competitors’ marketing activities
  • To provide efficient and effective customer and sales-related services, while using communication skills and cooperate efforts
  • To utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist the Brand Ambassador with all aspects of marketing and branding

Working Conditions:

The work environment of a Brand Ambassador will involve, working indoors, in an office environment, along with outdoors, at events and/or conventions etc. The nature of the job may require frequent travel and long hours and working on weekends may occur.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality

  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to travel

Qualification/ Experience:

A Brand Ambassador should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field and proven experience in a customer service environment and as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role.
